Child pornography is one of the serious law that a person can face. Yet, this crime increases more because of internet. Federal law defines child pornography as any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor. Any crimes involving children or minors are serious and child pornography is no different.
I have researched and read some of articles about this crime. This crime includes pedophilia, sex trafficking, etc. Some of them have attained justice but some of them have not. The offenders will be punished with them being subjected to imprisonment, fines, and possible registration as a sex offender. I think the punishment for those who violates this law isn’t enough because many of these are still doing this to gain money and I think they are not afraid of the replacement for what they have done. I am not in favor of this punishment. They deserve to suffer and think of what they did to those pitiful children who can’t defend and stand for themselves.
